Your wedding invitation will indicate if you have been extended the courtesy of bringing a plus-one. Due to our budget, we are unable to accommodate plus-ones for all guests. Yes, there is parking available at the venue. There are approximately 150 - 200 parking spaces available.

Yes, the Powel Crosley Estate has a small elevator that goes to all floors as well as several ramps for scooters, wheelchairs, etc. We highly recommend guests with mobility issues always use the lifts and not the stairs.

If you are traveling by car to the venue from any city in Florida, the easiest way to arrive is via Interstate 75. From north and central Florida, take I-75 South to exit 213. From south Florida, take I-75 North to exit 213. The venue is located about 20 minutes west off I-75.

The best airport to use is the Sarasota Brandenton International airport, however, we have provided other options and extensive details on our travel page located on this site. We encourage all our guests to review the information provided so that they can make the most convenient travel arrangements.

No, a shuttle will not be provided. We encourage our guests to rent a car or use Uber or Lyft to travel from the hotel to the venue and vice versa.

Our dress code is formal, evening wear, and elegant.

Our wedding theme is romantic elegance and our wedding colors are nude, blush, champagne, old rose, and light pink.

Both our wedding ceremony and reception will be held at the outdoor spaces of the Powel Crosley Estate which include the loggia, the patio, and the lawn overlooking the Sarasota Bay. However, our cocktail hour will be distributed througout the venue including the gazebos and indoor spaces. We invite all of our guests to explore both levels of the estate and take in the beauty that this venue has to offer.

Although the weather is always unpredictable, temperatures in Sarasota, Florida during the month of May average 85-87 degrees Faranheit. Due to the venue being along the Sarasota Bay, a high level of humidity is also expected.

We would appreciate if you arrived at the venue no later than 3:30 p.m. The wedding ceremony will begin at 4:00 p.m., followed by our cocktail hour and open bar beginning at 5:00 p.m., and the reception from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

We will be serving a mix of traditional Latin foods and American foods. There were also be vegetarian options served during the cocktail hour and at dinner. If you have other specific dietary needs, please indicate it in your RSVP form.

Alcohol will not be served during the ceremony but we will have an open bar available to guests who are 21 years of age and older starting with the cocktail hour and throughout the reception.

Yes, since we are building a home together we would appreciate gift cards to home decorating stores, home furnishing stores, and/or stores to expand on our love for the culinary world.
